Meeting needs

In addition to meeting the infrastructural needs of the 50 project, we hope to find basic support for the pastors working in the villages. It is our firm hope, that we will be able to raise both the funding of the building work, and in particular the ongoing costs. These will include teachers, health workers, widows to care for the children, plus food, educational materials and bilding maintenance. The good news is that a little goea a long way in India, and here is a note of what can be achieved with a little money.

Set up a basic school and orphanage.

To employ three widows and two teachers.

To sponsor an orphan, with food, clothing,
education, and housing.

=70p per day or £20/month

Set up a health centre with trained nurse and visiting doctor for the orphanage and 5 villages.

To employ a good English medium teacher in the orphanage.

Support a pastor in a rural village

=£30/month

To set up a foster home for 10 street children
